Ninja Camp starts at the Funhouse Commons! Monday though Friday, starting July 2nd, from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and runs through August 31st. Kids should bring a lunch and snacks for themselves. Golf Club Four Player Team Scramble to benefit Orcas Alumnus Peter Rutledge. We will begin at 5 p.m. on Tuesday. Entry is $20 per player. This will replace the weekly Tuesday night scramble for that week. We are looking for businesses or individuals who will pledge a minimum of $10 for every stroke under par for a team of their choosing. Most teams average a few strokes under par. The better each team does, the more money will be raised for Peter and his family.The winning team will be awarded a prize, and 100% of the entry and green fees paid during this tournament will go to the Rutledge Family. Live Music at the Doe Bay Café: The Bottlecap Boys! from 5 to 7 p.m. Bluegrass/folk music from The Bottlecap Boys — pure, insatiable energy. Comprised of mandolin, fiddle, guitar and upright bass, this harmony-driven, high-octane, folk band plays with an invigorating optimism that is guaranteed to lift your spirits and “challenge your face to push the borders of its smile!” This celebratory show will take place on the Café Patio Stage from 5-7pm.  Space is limited! Rock & Soul Dance and Fireworks at the Odd Fellows Hall, with DJs Bruce Pavitt, Jay Kimball, and Mark Padbury. View Eastsound Fireworks from the deck and patio at nightfall. Proceeds to benefit the Odd Fellows Community Giving Fund. $10 at the door.
