On February 2, at approximately 10:30 p.m., a Deputy on San Juan Island conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation that occurred at Second St. and Spring St. The Deputy contacted the driver and identified him as 29 year old William Yukluk. During the traffic stop the Deputy observed a clear glass pipe with a white crystalline substance inside of it. Further investigation revealed two small baggies, one with a white powdery substance and the other with a clear crystalline shard, baggies, cash, and a scale was also discovered in the vehicle during the investigation.

William Yukluk was arrested for, RCW 69.50.401 Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, RCW 69.50.4013 Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), RCW 69.50.4013 Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine) and RCW 69.50.412 Prohibited Acts – E., and was booked into the San Juan County Jail. Charges are being filed in San Juan County Superior Court.
