School Dance Concerts at Orcas Center Tonight, Tomorrow

Orcas School Students dance to their own muse. They will be performing May 26 and 27 at Orcas Center.

Elementary school students, taught by Jean Henigson and Susan Babcock, will perform in a Dance Showcase this afternoon beginning at 5:15 p.m. Admission is free to the event. The kindergarten and Sharon Harvey’s 3^rd grade, Marny Gaylord’s 4^th grade, and PaulaTowne’s 6^th-A grade classes will take to the stage at 5:15 p.m. tonight. The 5th Grade Theatre Showcase begins at 6 p.m. at the Orcas Center.

The Dance Showcase continues tomorrow night, May 27, with Matthew Chasanoff’s 1^st grade, Anne Ford McGrath’s 2^nd grade, Martha Inch’s Montessori class, Marilyn Storey’s 5^th grade and Paula Towne’s 6^th-B grade) at 5:15 p.m.

The 6^th Grade A and B Theatre Showcase takes place at 6 p.m. Admission to all events are free.
