This weekend, Orcas Choral Society will blow the roof off Orcas Center with Glory, Grandeur & Gospel, its joyful, brash and brassy spring concert, Saturday, May 17 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, May 18, at 2 p.m.
Bruce Langford leads the choir in a romp through music to cheer the soul, backed by Terri Triplett on piano, four trumpets, three trombones, tuba, French horn, Melody Funk on bass, and Christopher Peacock on half a dozen
instruments.
“We’ll literally surround you with sound,” Langford said. “It’s a blast!”
Get your tickets on the Orcas Center website or at OrcasChoralSociety.org. Tickets are at Orcas Center variable pricing for adults, $5 for youth 12-18, and free for children under 12.
