In these uncertain times of isolation and social distancing, we must be proactive if we are to remain connected to one another, our families, friends and community. Part of the profit from the sale of Orcas shirts goes to support Hearts and Hands, a program of the Orcas Senior Center. The newly launched Hearts and Hands Buddy Check-in program provides frequent checks of seniors who want it. To date, almost 1,000 seniors have been called by more than 60 volunteers!
Mens, womens, youth sizes, and both long and short sleeve shirts, are all available. The shirts are designed and produced by Friday Harbor artist Jennifer Rigg. Jennifer owns and operates Loea Design, a local screen printing and graphic design company.
