— from Elaine Goodrich —

In honor of Joe Goodrich, Elaine Goodrich and Cassie Hayes have created a team called “Joe’s Legacy” to raise donations for cancer research in the the Base 2 Space Climb.

The climb is on October 2nd. It is 832 steps to the top of the Space Needle. It is called Seattle’s most iconic climb. It is the second time in the Space Needle’s 54-year history that there has been an opportunity to climb the tower as part of the Base 2 Space Climb.

I am, of course, climbing in honor of Joe and his valiant and courageous battle against prostate cancer. I am dedicating my climb to him. Each and every donation is a blessing and a way to continue the giving and caring love and life Joe led. We will climb 832 steps up to the top of the Space Needle in honor of Joe. All donations go 100% to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research.100% of the donations go to Fred Hutchinson for cancer research. To donate, please go to https://www.classy.org/checkout/donation?fcid=739371
