"Reflections ' by Carl Buttke, whose art is on view at Doe Bay Resort in December
Orcas Island Artist Carl Buttke will display his acrylic abstract paintings in the dinning room at Doe Bay Resort and Retreat during the month of December. His latest series of acrylic paintings “Forest Textures” will be displayed along with nonrepresentational paintings from his Geometric Series and his Reflections Series.
The Forest Texture Series was inspired by his many walks through Moran State Park with his dog Carmela.This is his second show at Doe Bay, the first being watercolors, and his fifth solo show on Orcas Island.
