The Town of Friday Harbor is accepting applications for open positions on the Planning Commission. Commissioners are volunteers who consider the policies of the Town Council as expressed in the Town Code, the community, and the growth and development of Friday Harbor.

Interested parties with experience, background, or involvement with comprehensive planning, growth, and development are asked to submit a Commission Application or Letter of Interest to the Community Development Director at permits@fridayharbor.org or Town Hall at 60 Second Street, PO Box 219, Friday Harbor, WA 98250.

We will be giving priority to qualified voters within the town’s jurisdiction. Application review will continue until the position is filled.

This commission meets as needed at 5:30 p.m. the second and fourth Thursdays of the month.  Meetings are held at Town Hall with optional Zoom access.
