The San Juan Islands Conservation District would like to present OPALCO’s Community Solar Project.
The project opened for member participation on March 21st and, to date, we have about 85% of the units committed. However, we may not have heard from you, yet.

Why not wait for a future project? The 2018 project has been pre-certified by the Washington State Renewable Energy System Incentives Program, which helps reduce the simple payback for investors. OPALCO continues to advocate for legislation that is favorable to local distributed power, but cannot guarantee future State incentives.
