Orcas Island School students’ visual art is on display, beginning this Friday, at Orcas Elementary School and at the Orcas Center.
“Come stroll our halls and see our creations,” says Orcas Elementary School 2nd grade teacher Anne Ford McGrath. “Enjoy the color, line, and perspective of our school!”
The Elementary Art Show is open from 3 to 5 on Friday, May 7, and everyone is welcome!
Later that day, at the Orcas Center, there will be an Opening Reception for the Student Art Exhibit, featuring the work of close to 300 students from Orcas Middle and High Schools, the Oasis Program, and Orcas Christian School.
The Orcas Center art reception starts at 7 p.m. and the exhibit will run through May.
