14-005492: Theft—A San Juan Island Deputy responded to a reported theft of jewelry, medications and other items from a vehicle parked in Friday Harbor. The case remains under investigation.

14-005508: Communications Problem—A Lopez Deputy responded to the School District Office concerning computer issues.

14-005516: Suspicious Person—San Juan Deputies contacted a male subject who was having a break from reality. The subject was taken to the hospital.

14-005520: Domestic Assault—San Juan Deputies responded to a reported Domestic Assault and subsequently arrested the male suspect for 4th Degree Assault.

14-005521: Wanted Person—San Juan Deputies arrested a male suspect with confirmed warrants from King County.

14-005530: Harassment—An Orcas Deputy investigated allegations of harassment as a former employee’s behavior caused the reporting party to be concerned.

14-005537: Vandalism—A Lopez Deputy took a report of a tire slashing. The case remains under investigation.

14-005538: Driving While Suspended or Revoked—An Orcas Deputy stopped a vehicle and found the male driver had a Suspended Driver’s License. The male’s vehicle was impounded.

14-005541: DUI—An Orcas Deputy stopped a vehicle after observing erratic driving. After doing the roadside investigation, the driver‘s Preliminary Breath Test indicated a Breath Alcohol Concentration of .159. The subject was arrested.

14-005547: Harassment—A Lopez Deputy responded to the ferry landing on a report of harassment toward a ferry worker. The case remains under investigation

14-005553: Death Investigation—Orcas Deputies and the County Coroner responded to Moran State Park for a person who had succumbed. The case is under investigation by the County Coroner.

14-005555: Traffic Offense—A Lopez Deputy took a complaint of an identified vehicle driving past a School Bus whose “STOP” lights were activated. The case remains under investigation. PLEASE, DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR PLEASE REMAIN ALERT FOR ANY SCHOOL RELATED TRAFFIC ACTIVITY, PEDESTRIAN, BICYCLE AND SCHOOL BUS TRAFFIC.

14-005573: Domestic Dispute—Deputies from Orcas and Lopez Islands responded to a reported Domestic Dispute aboard a boat near Spencer’s Spit State Park. When the Deputies arrived the suspected boat had reportedly left the area in an unknown direction.

14-005576: Domestic Dispute—Orcas Deputies responded to a reported Domestic Dispute between an intoxicated male and his wife. The parties were separated for the evening.

14-005577: Unwanted Person—An Orcas Deputy responded to a business in Eastsound to escort an unruly patron out of the building.

14-005581: Theft—An Orcas Deputy responded to a reported theft of carbs from crab pots. The deputy contacted Fish and Wildlife Officers for assistance and was told this is an ongoing problem with many fishermen.

14-005597: Suspicious Person-—A San Juan Island Deputy responded to an unconscious man in the roadway near Roche Harbor. The man was treated and transported by EMS.

14-005602: Sick Person—A Lopez Deputy responded to a reported person seeking mental health assistance, subsequently it was determine the person had abused illegal substance and was transported off island for further treatment.
