An Orcas Island Deputy responded to an unwanted person incident at a business in downtown Eastsound. The business owner wanted the person trespassed from the property. Subsequently the person was served a trespass notice.
25-008134 Agency Assistance 11:58:48 11/26/25
Deputies on San Juan Island responded to an individual that was experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The individual was transported to the Peace Health emergency center after being taken into protective custody.
25-008136 Unwanted Person 12:21:37 11/26/25
An Orcas Island Deputy responded to an unwanted person incident at a business in downtown Eastsound. The business owner wanted the person trespassed from the property. The incident was documented, and the person will be served a trespass warning notice when located.
25-008139 Alcohol Offense 13:58:32 11/26/25
An Orcas Island Deputy responded to an alcohol offense in the downtown Eastsound area. The Deputy arrived and the subject was with an open bottle of liquor. The subject was subsequently issued an infraction for open liquor container in public.

An Orcas Island Deputy responded to a threats incident in Eastsound. The Deputy authored a report for a victim receiving threatening phone calls from an unknown person, using a voice changer impersonating a villain from a famous horror movie trilogy. An investigation is underway.
25-008154 Accident-NonInj 21:32:21 11/26/25
Deputies in San Juan responded to an accident on Turn Point Road. Deputies contacted the driver, and the vehicle was towed from the roadway.
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 27
25-008157 Mental Health 01:04:37 11/27/25
A Deputy on San Juan located a male that had a mental health pickup order issued for him. The male has been experiencing a prolonged mental heath crisis involving seeing laser beams and drones. The male was taken into protective custody and was transported to the ER. A report was completed.
25-008165 Domestic Dispute or Assault 17:01:17 11/27/25
Deputies on San Juan Island responded to a domestic incident. An adult male was taken into custody and booked into the San Juan County Jail for Assault in the 4th degree- DV x2, Assault in the 3rd degree x2, and resisting arrest. A report was completed.
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 28
25-008177 Theft 10:42:01 11/28/25
An Orcas Island Deputy responded to a theft incident at a marina near the Killebrew Lake area. The Deputy authored a report for the victim’s insurance company. If you have any information of a theft, please contact the San Juan County Sheriff’s Office.
25-008182 Unwanted Person 12:40:01 11/28/25
Orcas Deputies were called to the county library for a report of trespassing. A resident who had already been issued a trespass warning letter had returned to the location. He was unable to be located on the same day.
25-008186 Accident-Injury, Traffic 16:31:25 11/28/25
Orcas Deputies and Orcas Fire/EMS responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of North Beach Road and Mount Baker Road. There were no injuries, but both vehicles sustained significant damaged and were towed. The driver at fault was issued infractions.

25-008203 Trespassing 15:56:38 11/29/25
Orcas Island Deputies arrested a local man for multiple trespassing violations and multiple accounts of assault on a Deputy (no injury sustained from being kicked though being spat upon in the face takes its own kind of toll). He was booked into custody and taken to the county jail in Friday

25-008233 Court Order Violation 23:22:34 12/01/25
A Deputy received a complaint alleging a protection order violation. The incident was investigated. The Deputy determined there is insufficient probable cause to believe a violation occurred.
