19-001140 Suspicious Person/Circumstance 10:38:57 02/13/19
San Juan Deputies were advised of suspicious phone calls. Parties were contacted and a report was taken.

19-001146 Court Order Violation 13:17:25 02/13/19
A Lopez Island Deputy received information about a possible order violation. Upon investigation, the suspected violation did not occur.

19-001149 Welfare Check 14:39:50 02/13/19
A Deputy responded to a welfare check call in Friday Harbor. The Deputy made contact with the individual and she was transported by EMS to the hospital for medical treatment. Report made.

19-001152 Accident-NonInj 16:16:28 02/13/19
Orcas Island Deputies were dispatched to a non-injury motor vehicle accident. A report was taken.

19-001154 Traffic Stop 19:57:31 02/13/19
An Orcas Deputy stopped a vehicle on Orcas Road. The driver was subsequently issued an infraction for driving 55 MPH in a 35 MPH zone, no proof of insurance and no license on person. They were warned for improper display of plates and a defective tail lamp. It was dark and the roadway was icy.

Deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. A report was taken.

San Juan Deputies responded to a juvenile complaint. A report was generated.

19-001158 Found Property 08:26:19 02/14/19
A wallet was turned over to Deputies on Orcas Island. The owner was located and the wallet was returned.

19-001168 Accident-NonInj 17:38:44 02/14/19
A Deputy was dispatched to a non-injury collision involving two vehicles in Friday Harbor. A collision report was completed, no parties involved were injured and no infractions were issued.

19-001180 Mental Health 10:30:19 02/15/19
Lopez and Orcas EMS, along with Deputies from both islands, local mental health and family support specialists, assisted a male who was having a mental health crisis. The patient was transported to the hospital for further treatment.

19-001195 Accident-Injury, Traffic 01:25:20 02/16/19
A Deputy on San Juan responded to a single vehicle collision. The driver was arrested for hit and run and issued an infraction for no valid operator’s license with ID and driving too fast for conditions.

19-001197 Accident-Injury, Traffic 03:30:15 02/16/19
Lopez Island Deputies responded to an injury vehicle collision on Shark Reef Road. The driver, who was believed to be driving under the influence, was transported to a mainland hospital for medical treatment. The case is being criminally investigated.

19-001217 Court Order Violation 16:34:33 02/16/19
Orcas Island Deputies responded to the Eastsound area for an Order violation. The suspect was located and arrested. A report was taken.

The reporting Deputy was dispatched to a Domestic in the Friday Harbor area. The people involved were contacted. One person was arrested for Assault 4th DV.

19-001231 Wanted Person 13:56:41 02/17/19
An Orcas Deputy was dispatched to an area near Eastsound where a wanted person possibly was. The person was located, arrested and transported to Friday Harbor.

19-001232 Assault – Body Force 14:40:36 02/17/19
A Deputy responded to a report of an assault in Friday Harbor. Upon investigation there was not enough evidence to confirm that an assault occurred. Report completed.

19-001242 Threats 04:51:31 02/18/19
Lopez Deputies responded to an early morning occupied burglary to a local inn. The suspect was located, armed with a knife, hiding in a guest room closet. The local man was arrested and booked into jail.

19-001246 Person Shot 09:19:00 02/18/19
Deputies on Orcas Island responded to a report of a shooting. The victim suffered a single gunshot wound. The victim was flown to Harborview Medical Center for further treatment. The investigation is on-going.

19-001255 Citizen Assist 14:34:13 02/18/19
The reporting Deputy was contacted in reference to a Threats call. The involved person was contacted and report taken.

19-001258 Theft 16:34:32 02/18/19
A Lopez resident reported the theft of house moving logs that were cut up on site and taken for firewood. The matter is under investigation.

A Deputy was dispatched to a report of found property and was later found to be in possession of drugs. Suspect was arrested and later released to seek treatment.
