Ted Aspinall of Kathryn Taylor Chocolates will be teaching the fundamentals of how to incorporate chocolate into savory dishes for delicious results next Tuesday, May 11 for the first of eight cooking classes benefiting Children’s House.
The class will be from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Red Rabbit Farm in Westsound. Tickets for the class are $75 per person. The classes benefit Children’s House, an early learning childhood center located on North Beach Road.
The menu includes crostini with pears gorgonzola and chocolate, beet fennel and scallop salad with chocolate vinaigrette, halibut, fruit chutney and chocolate polenta, roasted breast of duck with chocolate béarnaise.
