The Island Reproductive Health Initiative (IRHI) will hold an important meeting to nominate and elect a Steering Committee to start its second year. The meeting will be on Monday, January 17th, from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Following the election of officers, a Steering Committee will be formed to work primarily on fund-raising and public relations.
The rest of the meeting will be devoted to planning the year ahead. IRHI organizer Jean Henigson asks that anyone interested in serving with IRHI and attending this meeting respond to her at 376-6549 or dance@rockisland.com.
Also, those who may be unable to attend this meeting, but are interested in serving on the committee, or helping as a volunteer, are asked to contact Henigson.
