Orcas Island Rowing (OIR) is offering a 2nd beginning sculling (rowing) class for adults this summer. Rowing is a great sport. It is a low impact fun outdoor exercise. Once you become involved in rowing you will be a rower for life. The sport is addictive and rowers are part of a world wide community. There are rowing clubs in or around almost every city in the world. Cascade Lake on Orcas is a beautiful place to row.

Pass the word around if you know anybody who might be interested. Regular Saturday rowing will continue  7 to 9 a.m. every Saturday until Labor Day. Graduates of the class are encouraged to come back for Saturday rowing. Any experienced rowers including juniors and masters are also encouraged to come out for Saturday rowing.

For those who prefer private coaching is available with Martin or head coach Tina Brown. You could arrange one-one-one coaching or a set of classes for your business or group. Learning to row can be a great team building activity.
