The Board of Directors of the FRIENDS OF THE ORCAS ISLAND LIBRARY (FOIL) has approved the following nominees to be elected as Directors by the membership-at-large during the annual meeting on Sunday, October 24, 2021, 2 p.m.:
- Robert Demarest (Term 2022-2024)
- Sue Kosiur (Term 2022-2024)
- Dave Kosiur (Term 2022-2024)
- Kathy Morris (Term 2022-2024)
- Jim Wiemeyer (Term 2022-2024)
The meeting will be held virtually with meeting room information forthcoming to be accessed by telephone or internet using Zoom. All current members of The Friends are eligible to vote in this election and encouraged to attend.
There are five (5) open positions on a Board of ten (10) members. Any additional nominations to fill any of these seats may be added no later than ten (10) days before the Annual Meeting. Therefore, any interested parties should contact FOIL by the end of
day on October 8, 2021.
