I am excited about this presentation! Harry Smith was a remarkable man who, in his unique way, made a huge impact on a variety of the arts. His “Anthology Of American Folk Music” is legendary. He has roots on Orcas, Anacortes and Bellingham. I have read Mr. Lundsford’s book on Smith and was hoping I’d get to hear him speak about it some day. And the day has come! Thanks, Didier and everyone else involved for making this happen.
I think this is a better link to learn about Harry Smith. I didn’t have great luck with the link cited.
