BeemerBazaarWishing the Farmers Market wasn’t just on Saturday? For many islanders, Saturday is a work day, and not a day for enjoying the weather, and locally produced goods. Now you can have it mid-week with the new ‘Beemer Art Bazaar.’

“We are hoping to fill that little midweek gap in Eastsound, through the week,” said Market Manager Stephanie Iverson.

The Market will be Wednesday through Friday, noon to 5pm “or when we finish” said Iverson. Located on North Beach Road on the Beemer Lot next to The Kitchen and Barnacle in Eastsound,

Island artists and vendors will be gathering together for this new midweek Art Bazaar. There will be produce, musicians busking for tips, a photo booth, fire pits, spiritual readings by Anna Bixel Vast and more.

Nearly 35 vendors are intending to participate in the new Art Market. You can get island produced goods from local flower bouquets, to face painting, to jewelry by Ali Boe and raw organic chocolate by ‘Bee Happy chocolates.’

The Beemer Art Bazaar is paired with The Kitchen and they will be removing a fence that currently separates The Kitchen and Barnacle.

Stop by on the July 4th where there will also be a plywood circus scene, you know, the good old fashion type where you can place your head on perfect cartoon bodies wearing a bikini or speedo.

If you would like to participate as a vendor, or have any other questions, contact Stephanie Iverson at 360.472.1526 or on Facebook.
