Interested in island heritage fruit? Orcas Island Historical Museums and Kwiaht are sponsoring a heritage scionwood exchange and grafting workshop at the Museum, 181 N. Beach Rd, Eastsound on Thursday April 11 3:30-5:30 p.m.

Botanist Madrona Murphy will be on site to share and teach. Share your favorite apple, pear, plum, cherry, or quince variety. Come have some fun, exchange scion, and learn how to propagate and graft fruit trees from cuttings (scion).
