Like others, I notice many discarded catalogs at the post office at this time of year and think about all of the trees throughout the country these discarded catalogs represent.
So, if you receive a catalog that you don’t want, please take a minute to call the company and ask to have your name removed from their list. Otherwise the companies think you love receiving them and they just keep coming!
You can help save trees.

This does work! Tear off the corner of the cover of the catalog, where your customer number or ID # is-and call them. Sometimes you gotta call them 2x but most are quickly responsive. I did this the first year I moved back-sometimes it takes a few months or one more cycle of catalogs before your request kicks in, but it is SUCH a relief to be free of the catalogs! ESPECIALLY the super thick ones like Uline.
