The Kings football team- 6th, 7th & 8th grade boys — will have their first home game in over four years!
This Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at the High School football field, the team will be playing a team called Bellingham Blue.
The Kings team is not a school-sponsored team, therefore the players and parents cover all costs involved including weekly travel to games off island. There will be a bake sale, coffee and doughnuts from Velma and Dick Doty, and a half time raffle for propane at the game Saturday. The Kings players will also have a car wash after the game at Key Bank.
Please come out and cheer these boys on. They are a dedicated group and are so excited to finally have a home game!
