Citizens are invited to join Patty Miller, candidate for the San Juan County Council District 5 position in a discussion on current issues facing our community. Share your questions, concerns and suggestions on topics that will be decided by County Council over the next several years.
Topics will include solid waste, critical areas protection regulations, shoreline management plan updates, transportation, county budget and topics brought up by participants.
“As a candidate for County Council whose responsibility is to represent you, I consider it extremely important that I understand the broadest community perspective. What is most important to you?” asks Patty Miller.
The community discussion will be held on Sunday, October 17th, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Eastsound Firehall on Orcas Island.
