Island Hospital offers a class for new or expecting grandparents

If you are a grandparent to young children or an expecting grandparent, join childbirth educator Teri Shilling on Thursday, October 14 at 12 p.m. Learn what has changed and what has stayed the same in childbirth, infant care and early development. Safe Kids Northwest is hosting a free car seat clinic on Thursday, October 14 from 3–5 p.m. Learn how to properly install and use your car or booster seat. Located in the 24th Street parking lot of Island Hospital, Anacortes. Due to COVID-19 face masks are required (children under two exempt). Vehicles limited to four family members. Appointments are required; email CarSeatsNW@gmail.com to schedule.
