Madrona Room at the Orcas Center, guests will learn everything they need to know about fuchsias from an expert.
Shirley Rock comes from Marysville where she has 350 varieties
of hardy fuchsias. She will be bringing some to sell after her presentation, beginning at 10 a.m. in the Madrona Room at the Orcas Center.
