Due to mechanical issues the Hiyu is out of service. This has cancelled the eastbound sailings: 2:05pm from Friday Harbor, the 2:55pm from Orcas, and the 3:10pm from Shaw. This will also cancel the westbound sailings at 3:35pm from Lopez, the 3:55pm from Shaw, and the 4:15pm from Orcas. Updates will occur as conditions change. We apologize for any inconvenience.

UPDATE: 7:05 p.m., Thursday, February 13
Beginning Friday, Feb. 14, the 34-vehicle Hiyu will temporarily replace the 87-vehicle Evergreen State on the inter-island route while the Evergreen State replaces the 90-vehicle Sealth due to ongoing repairs. There is no passenger elevator on the Hiyu. A portable ADA accessible restroom will be provided on the car deck late morning. Prior to the delivery, no restroom will be available for customers who are unable to get to the passenger deck level. Drivers are encouraged to plan their travels accordingly due to the decrease in vessel capacity both on the inter-island route and out of Anacortes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

For Thurs., Feb. 13, the following schedule adjustments will occur due to mechanical problems with the Sealth:
The Elwha sails a late 11:20 am Anacortes to Shaw and Orcas sailing, and a late 12:55 pm Orcas to Anacortes return sailing, and will run an estimated 40 minutes behind schedule.
The Yakima will sail the Sealth schedule for the remainder of the day: 2:10 pm Anacortes to Friday Harbor, 3:40 pm Friday Harbor to Anacortes, 5:20 pm Anacortes to Lopez, 7:10 pm Anacortes to Shaw and Orcas, 6:10 pm Lopez to Anacortes, and 8:25 pm Orcas to Lopez and Anacortes.
