Entangled humpback whale seen near Tofino, BC
A badly entangled humpback whale was recently sighted (just a little over 24 hours ago) off of Tofino, BC and was possibly headed south.
Folks from Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada attempted a disentanglement but ran out of daylight before they were able to successfully get the material off.
