In an ongoing effort to provide needed service and convenience for our county residents, Crescent Beach Service on Orcas Island is proud to announce that they have partnered with Smart Start of Washington and have passed all of the State Patrol, Department of Licensing, and San Juan County requirements to be certified to both install and service the ‘Blow and Go’ devices mandated by the courts for all DUI infractions.
