Saturday, October 8, noon – 3 p.m., Salmonberry School
— from Paul Freedman —
Autumn fairies will greet, recite seasonal verses and offer small gifts to children of all ages as they are guided through the beautiful and reverent Fall Journey Walk. Seasonal crafts will include candle dipping, scarecrow-making and fall leaf crowns. There will be farm animals
visiting from the Lum Farm, cider pressing, a potluck lunch and so much more.
The whole Orcas Island community, and especially families with kids of all ages are most welcome to come join in the fun. Saturday, October 8, from noon ’till 3 p.m. Bring some food to share, and a place setting for yourself. See you there.
