Morgan Meadows will offer a hands-on opportunity to learn how to start and run a business through a 10-session course at the Funhouse, beginning April 5.

Meadows says that students will be empowered to establish their own business in the second week of the  class in which students  will design a plan, learn basic business vocabulary, discuss and practice marketing, customer service, record keeping, networking, problem solving and ethical business practices.

The Young Entrepreneur program is based on the Warren Miller Freedom Foundation curriculum. It will take place Tuesday afternoons, 3:15-5:15 p.m.,  from April 5 to May 31  with a break during Passover-Easter season.

Enroll at The Funhouse, 30 Pea Patch Lane, Eastsound, or call 376-7177. To enroll online: www.thefunhouse.org
