Saturday, June 14, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Public Library: Registration by June 5 required
Metaphors transform our writing and our thinking. They can enlighten us with new perspectives. They have the power to change the world. In this one-day workshop, we will play with objects and ideas in exercises designed to infuse your writing with fresh and surprising metaphors. Participants will learn new writing techniques and come away with several first drafts.
Please register by June 5th at the library for this free workshop. The workshop is sponsored by the Friends of the Orcas Island Public Library.
