The Writing Our History Project is a collaborative effort by local history writers and researchers from throughout San Juan County who are working with historylink.org (the online encyclopedia of WA state history) to document the untold and yet undocumented history of our community.
We are looking for people with stories and who are willing to help research and write. For one, we would love to have someone pen the history of the Sea View Theatre and many more topics. We have a few Orcas Island writers working with WOHP, but there is definitely room for more of you.
