Local pianist and vocalist Grace McCune will be joined by national touring violinist Joel Gamble this weekend for a night of music at Agave Restaurant in Eastound this Friday Sept. 14th from 7:30-9:30.

“Torso” — a dark, riveting and emotional exploration of grief and revenge, the latest production from The Actors Theater of Orcas Island, 7:30 p.m. at the Grange. This play contains strong language, adult situations and partial nudity. Saturday, Sept. 15

The Kings football team– 6th, 7th & 8th grade boys — will have their first home game in over four years! This Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at the High School football field, the team will be playing a team called Bellingham Blue.

September History Matinee: Trudy Irwin. Orcas Senior Center, 3 to 5pm, Sunday Sept 16. Come join the discussion for the next in a series sponsored by the Orcas Island Historical Society, where an island ‘old-timer’ is invited to tell stories and answer questions about Orcas Island in days gone by.
