The High Wind Watch is no longer in effect. * WIND…Winds of 30 to 40 mph with gusts to 60 mph possible. * SOME AFFECTED LOCATIONS…Highest winds in the areas nearest the waters. * TIMING…Winds will increase late tonight with the strongest winds Monday afternoon and evening. Winds will diminish late Monday evening. * IMPACTS…Winds could cause some tree damage with associated power outages.
