Unitarian Universalist Service: “May You Have Ease of Well-Being”

The theme of the Orcas Island UU Fellowship service on Dec. 8 will be “May You Have Ease of Well-Being,” a sermon written by Kim Harvie and presented by Susan McBain. This year’s overall theme at OIUUF is Community Well-Being, and as part of our commitment to service to our community, we invite you to bring a donation for the Food Bank. Donations of canned food (or a check) are especially needed and appreciated this time of year.

OIUUF meets the second and fourth Sundays at 11:30 a.m. in Benson Hall at Emmanuel Church. All are welcome. Childcare is available if you let us know ahead of time. We have a wonderful space and creative materials for kids, but we need to plan ahead for supervision. Most of her work has been on research reports, curriculum materials, and corporate communications for nonprofit research organizations, including the American Institutes for Research, SRI International, and the Electric Power Research Institute.
