Hans Mayer free concert at the Orcas Public Library at 1:30 p.m. to celebrate the end of the summer reading program. The performance will take place on the lawn of Orcas Island Library, weather permitting. Listeners are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs for the grass. In case of rain or wind, the event will take place inside the library.
