Writer’s Roundtable, an open discussion group that meets regularly on the second Saturday of each month from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Public Library, announces summer dates for its presentations:
- Saturday, July 21, “Rilke in Translation,” Reading and Discussion led by John Friedmann, noted poet and translator;
- Saturday, August 18, Conversation with children’s book author Jack Prelutsky, named the first Children’s Poet Laureate by the Poetry Foundation in 2006.
