Tom Welch, local historian, will give a talk on the Wilkes’ 1841 Exploring Expedition at 7 p.m. at the Grange. Part of the Smithsonian Journey Stories exhibit at the Orcas Island Historical Museum.

Carolyn Cruso at Music in the Park — folk, Celtic, and jazz-inspired original acoustic music.  Bring your picnic dinner and settle in on the grass at the Village Green to enjoy Carolyn. Starts at 6 p.m.
