About the Program

eFileWA empowers attorneys and self-represented litigants to submit documents for filing with the Courts, in real time, from anywhere — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This automated system provides the public with the opportunity to transition from a paper-based or email process to a streamlined, web-based eFiling system. eFileWA reduces the cost and personnel needed to print, copy, store, deliver, and file legal documents, resulting in increased efficiencies and productivity.

eFileWA Benefits Include:

  • 24/7 filing submission and access to all eFiled documents in cases
  • Reduced average filing time
  • Lessened trips to the courthouse
  • Increased access to file-stamped copies of court documents
