A Deputy responded to a Lopez Island residence on 01/28/21 after a resident caused a late night disturbance with neighbors. The resident, who was highly intoxicated, agreed to stop being disorderly and go to bed. A report was completed.

A Deputy on Orcas responded to a person in crisis near West Beach. The person was located and was spoken to by a Designated Crisis Responder and a plan was set in place. A report was taken.

A Deputy was contacted at the Sheriff’s Office in reference to a Domestic Situation. The person advised they were having an issue with an ex-boyfriend. The reporting Deputy contacted the ex-boyfriend and spoke with him. No crime has been committed. Report taken.

A Deputy on Orcas Island responded to a trespassing complaint. The complaint was investigated. The complainant was unavailable and unreachable and, with only the alleged suspect’s testimony to rely upon, the complaint was determined to be unfounded.

A Deputy was dispatched to a Welfare Check in the Friday Harbor area. The reporting Deputy arrived and contacted the people involved. After speaking with all the involved people, one person was transported to PIMC for an evaluation. Report taken.

A juvenile stated they were assaulted on 1/29/2021 by another, known juvenile at a business in Eastsound. The investigation is ongoing.
