Memorial services for David Fleischman, who drowned on June 24 will be held Monday, July 27 at the American Legion Post Hall at Country Corner.
David was a Viet Nam vet and has been a member of the Eastsound American Legion Post for over 23 years. Judi Resch of the Legion Auxiliary says, “David has worked in the service industry for all the years I have known him and was very much loved and respected by his peers and guests. He is very deserving of this memorial.”
The service will be at 1 pm., with Military Honors. His many friends are doing a potluck.
