In the current wake of Robin Williams passing, the Sea View Theatre would like to pay tribute to a man whose roles brought so much to the screen and to our lives.
Through his exceptional balance of comedy and pathos in films like Hook, Good Morning Vietnam, The World According To Garp, Mrs. Doubtfire, Dead Poets Society and countless others, Williams’ body of work influenced generations of comedians, filmmakers, and audiences alike.
We at the Sea View Theatre are deeply saddened by the loss of a genuine person and comedic genius.
On Sat. Aug. 23rd at 8:00pm, Sea View theatre will present a special screening of one of Robin Williams most loved films, Dead Poets Society,”plus a tribute mash-up reel of some of his finest comic and theatrical moments. Make your lives extraordinary”

What a great thing to do. I think back on my life and growing up with eager anticipation for this weeks episode of Mork and Mindy. It wasn’t until his tragic passing that I stop and reflect on how I feel that in some small way, growing up and laughing at his humor and comedy, he influenced my life in so many ways and gave me the sense of humor I have today.
Thank you Mr. Williams. RIP
