PeaceHealth is hosting a free event, “Getting through the holidays,” on Tuesday, December  12, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at PeaceHealth Peace Island Medical Center, 1117 Spring Street, Friday Harbor, Wash. The event will be held in the conference room on the first floor.

Explore the topics of dealing with stress, grief and loss, family relations, and holiday expectations at this informal gathering with PeaceHealth social workers, Ingrid Fabianson and Gary Waters along with PeaceHealth Chaplain, Andrea Zikakis. A light lunch will be provided, or attendees are welcome to bring their own lunch.
