Our contractor, Razz Construction Inc., has reached substantial completion. San Juan County crews placed two layers of chipseal on Orcas Hill Road and throughout the Orcas Village Park and Ride to finish the 2017 paving efforts.
Topsoil, mulch and permanent erosion control are in place. Items scheduled for completion in the month of October include the illumination system, guardrails, striping, wheel stops, signage and final plantings.
