— from Pete Moe —

On Sunday, February 26 Orcas Recycling Services (ORS) will host a community Swap Meet at the Odd Fellows Hall in Eastsound.

The “Phoenix Rising” Swap Meet will be open from 11 am to 4 pm to the public. Vendor load-in is at 8:30 am.

ORS will provide the latest information on the progress of rebuilding the Exchange, (scheduled to begin this spring), as well as unveiling a number of fun and exciting community events leading up to the opening.

4 x 8 foot table spaces will be available inside the hall for $25. Additional donations to The Exchange rebuild fund are encouraged.

25 spaces are available, on a first come-first served basis. No more than two tables per person. A limited number of folding tables are available, also first come first served.

New Exchange T-shirts will be available, and food will be available downstairs from Chimayo’s.

For questions, and to reserve space/tables, call ORS from 9 am to 4 pm, seven days a week at 360.376.4089. Get complete details at our website, www.exchangeorcas.org.
