||| FROM JUSTIN PAULSEN |||
Our community has the opportunity in the upcoming election to re-commit to supporting the Orcas Island Park and Recreation District.
Since its inception, OIPRD has continuously been a responsible and reliable steward the taxpayer dollars from our community. Through direct programming and relationships built with numerous partner organizations, our community investment has allowed the District to become an integral part of the fabric of Orcas Island. As the needs or our community have changed, OIPRD has stepped up to fill gaps, enhance the lives of residents of all ages and steward park land that is vital to all members of our community.
Orcas Island Park and Recreation District is a shining example of positive and effective local governance and I ask you to join me in marking a resounding YES for OIPRD on your ballot.
