Painting greens that look like nature is the downfall of many an artist. Caroline Buchanan will be teaching a one-day class on the subject Tuesday, June 26. You will learn how to see the greens in nature and how to mix to them.
We will be working outside (plein aire) around Eastsound, starting in the Crescent Beach/Madrona Point area. More information at buchananwatercolors.com/the-green-problem/. It is possible to take this class even if you don’t paint in watercolor. Many of the issues are the same no matter the medium.
