Portion control, a Weight Watchers’ strategy — come to the free meeting this Saturday

This week, Weight Watcher’s members will practice weighing and measuring food and drinks at their meeting on Saturday. “Changing how we view an individual serving and making it a routine to watch our portion sizes is one of the keys to long term weight loss,” says Leader Carol Kulminski.

Members will get a chance to test their skills in a fun, informative way. Weight Watchers tools take a lot of the guesswork out of portioning by making it easier and more convenient. Come to a free meeting and learn how you can become a ‘Portion Pro’. Weight Watchers meets at the Funhouse Commons (upstairs) every Saturday. The meeting starts at 10:30 a.m. and guests are always welcome.
