IsleShare is hosting a 1-hour orientation meeting for community members engaged in volunteerism.
The meeting will be held Wednesday, June 20, from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Orcas Island Public Library. Video conferencing is arranged between the San Juan and Lopez libraries for this meeting.
Features of the IsleShare database to be explained:
- posting offers and requests,
- directing others to the online application,
- policy & guidelines page,
- making donations,
- connecting with other members for group projects.
There is no cost for this hands-on workshop. Donations to defray printing costs or support our operations are gratefully accepted.
