Inslee is the co-chair of the U.S. Climate Alliance, a bipartisan coalition of 17 governors committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions consistent with the goals of the Paris Agreement.

Along with Oregon, California, and British Columbia, Washington state is part of the Pacific Coast Collaborative. The PCC works build a low carbon regional economy by facilitating collaboration on issues that cross borders and jurisdictional boundaries along the West Coast.

At the Summit, Inslee will assume a new role as co-chair of the Under2 Coalition for North America.
